This Privacy Policy explains what information BriXuno ("the app") collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. BriXuno is developed by Dream Makers Studio.
You never need an account to play BriXuno. Every feature — Classic play, Levels, Daily and Weekly Challenges, Crazy Block, and Themes — works immediately without signing up. Signing in with Google is entirely optional, and only adds two things: your best scores are backed up and restored if you reinstall or switch devices, and you can appear on the Ranking screen's global leaderboard.
Your gameplay progress is saved locally on your device using standard Android app storage, and never leaves it unless you choose to sign in (see below). This includes: your best score and current score, Levels progress and star ratings, Daily and Weekly Challenge completion and streaks, your selected board theme, and your Settings preferences (sound, haptics, reduced motion). Uninstalling the app, or clearing its data from Android Settings, permanently deletes this information.
Signing in uses Google's own sign-in flow, which shares your name, email address, and profile photo with BriXuno so it can identify your account. This is processed through Firebase (a Google Cloud service), which BriXuno uses as its backend: • Cloud save: your best score for Classic and for Crazy Block is stored against your account, so it can be restored on another device. • Leaderboard: if you've ever beaten your own best score while signed in, your display name, profile photo, and that score become visible to every other player on the Ranking screen's global leaderboard for that mode. Your email address is used only to identify your account and is never shown to other players or placed on the leaderboard. You can sign out at any time in Settings — this stops any further syncing but does not delete what was already saved — or permanently delete your account and all synced data with Settings → Account → Delete Account & Data, which also removes your leaderboard entries. Google's own handling of your sign-in is governed by their privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
BriXuno shows optional ads through Google AdMob: a small banner on the home screen, and an optional rewarded video you can choose to watch for an extra continue after Game Over. Ads are never shown to interrupt active gameplay. To serve and measure ads, Google AdMob may collect and process information such as your advertising ID, general device information (model, OS version, language), and approximate location derived from IP address, and may use this information to personalize ads unless you choose otherwise. This processing is performed by Google, not directly by Dream Makers Studio, and is governed by Google's own privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. You can review or change your ad personalization choice at any time in Settings → Privacy & Legal → Ad Privacy Preferences, or in your device's own ad settings.
If you allow notifications, BriXuno may schedule a local reminder to play your Daily Challenge and keep your streak alive. This reminder is scheduled entirely on your device — nothing about it is sent to any server, and it stops immediately if you deny or revoke the notification permission.
BriXuno does not use any analytics SDK or crash-reporting SDK, and does not collect your contacts, precise location (beyond the approximate, ad-related location described above), or any personal data beyond what's described above — and none of that happens unless you specifically choose to sign in. If you never sign in, BriXuno collects nothing about you beyond the ad-related information described in the Advertising section.
BriXuno is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app's advertising, please contact us using the details below so we can address it.
Locally stored data is kept within your device's app-private storage, protected by the operating system's standard app-sandboxing. If you sign in, your synced profile and leaderboard entry are stored in Firebase (Google Cloud) under access rules that only let your own signed-in account write to its own data.
• Uninstall the app, or clear its data in Android Settings, to remove all locally stored progress. • Sign out at any time in Settings → Account to stop syncing — this does not delete data already saved. • Permanently delete your account, synced best scores, and leaderboard entries at any time in Settings → Account → Delete Account & Data. • Change your ad personalization choice any time in Settings → Privacy & Legal → Ad Privacy Preferences. • Deny or revoke the notification permission at any time in Android Settings to stop the daily reminder. • Opt out of interest-based advertising at the device level via your Android "Ads" settings.
If BriXuno's data practices change, this policy will be updated and the "Last updated" date above will change accordingly. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
